Are tickets refundable?

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, tickets are transferable. Please ensure the new holder presents the valid ticket/QR code at entry.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late entry is allowed, but we cannot guarantee smooth access depending on capacity and venue policy.

Can I re-enter the venue?

Re-entry depends on the venue’s policy. Please check with staff on-site.

What if I lose my ticket?

We are not responsible for lost tickets. Please keep your confirmation email or QR code safe.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Door tickets are subject to availability and may be priced higher.

REFUND POLICY


All ticket sales (online and offline) are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

  • The event is fully cancelled by DUNIA.

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 working days

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Travel issues

  • Illness (unless otherwise stated)

  • Late arrival or no-show

  • Lineup changes

By purchasing a DUNIA ticket, you agree to the following:

Entry & Admission

  • A valid ticket (QR code or confirmation) must be presented upon entry

  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason, including intoxication or inappropriate behavior

  • Valid ID may be required

Code of Conduct

  • Respect the venue, staff, and other attendees

  • Any form of harassment, violence, or illegal activity will result in removal without refund

Event Changes

  • DUNIA reserves the right to:

    • Change venue, time, or lineup if necessary

    • Modify event details due to unforeseen circumstances

Liability

  • Attendees enter at their own risk

  • DUNIA is not responsible for:

    • Personal injury

    • Loss or theft of belongings

Media & Documentation

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use

Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be issued for events affected by circumstances beyond control (e.g. weather, natural disasters, government restrictions)
